Media Track er en dynamisk virksomhed i udvikling, som søger en medieanalytiker til udarbejdelse af en dansk medieovervågning. Vi er daglig leverandør af medieovervågning til Retriever Danmark, som er Skandinaviens største medieovervågningsfirma.

Om Media Track

Vi er lokaliseret i Singapore, hvorfra vores medieovervågninger bliver udarbejdet. Tidsforskellen gør, at et gennemarbejdet overblik kan ligge klar i pressechefernes indbakke klokken 6.00 dansk tid. Vi arbejder i teams, der kombinerer god arbejdsmoral og analytisk arbejde i en medieverden, hvor ingen dage er ens. Vi forventer, at vores medarbejdere stiller krav til sig selv, samt til sine kollegaer, således at vi sammen sikrer en høj kvalitet af vores produkter.

Om stillingen

Vi søger en medieanalytiker, der har en stærk analytisk sans for kundernes behov og har en naturlig interesse for nyheder og pressedækning. Ligeledes forventer vi, at:

  • Du er en god formidler – skriftligt som mundtligt.
  • Du kan arbejde effektivt og selvstændigt med stramme deadlines.
  • Du har et godt overblik i pressede situationer.
  • Du er detaljeorienteret
  • Du kan arbejde 2-4 dage (efter aftale) om ugen i tidsrummet +/- 7.30­-13.00 (afhængig af sommer­ og vintertid i Danmark og travlhed).
  • Du skal kunne arbejde 2-­4 weekendsdage om måneden i tidsrummet 8.00-­14.00 (afhængig af sommer­ og vintertid i Danmark og travlhed). Weekendvagterne kan foretages hjemmefra.
  • Der er ingen begrænsning på antal ferieuger om året.
  • Vi tilbyder 25 dollars i timen samt helligdagstillæg.

Din profil

  • Du er bosiddende i Singapore og har et Dependants Pass.
  • Du har erfaring med brug af computer.
  • Du kan arbejde selvstændigt.
  • Du er struktureret, ansvarsbevidst og positiv

Marketing Communications Executive

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Executive to join our Team!

Here’s the job description of what this new position will be assisting with:

  • Develop and craft creative and relevant copywriting materials for internal and external communications (e.g. press releases, advertisements, newsletters, social media) and marketing content and collateral to support the business development efforts to target clients in new and existing markets.
  •  Plan and implement outbound and inbound digital marketing activities by demonstrating expertise.
  • Produce marketing materials and collaterals (e.g. posters, brochures, materials for events ) to support the sale of products and services, including copywriting, proofreading and liaising with designers and printers.
  • Review and refine our brand guidelines while aligning key brand messages and themes of all communications materials in terms of visual, copywriting and brand messages to drive internal and external consistency.
  • Provide marketing support, sound advice and guidance to Management on communications related matters.
  •  
  • Maintain a basic understanding of all media competencies including messaging, strategy, outreach, integrations, events and content placement.
  • Day-to-day management of and content creation for company’s digital and social media as well as ensure a consistent tone of voice across platforms.
  • Any adhoc projects or duties as assigned.

 

Other than able to execute the above JD, our candidate should also meet the following requirements :

  • Have strong understanding of the various digital media channels (Social Media, SEM, Paid Ads on Facebook/Google etc).
  • 1-2 years relevant experience / knowledge in marketing and social media .
  •  Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related fields.
  • Able to manage the day-to-day management of and content creation for company’s digital and social media as well as ensure a consistent tone of voice across platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A can-do attitude to challenge the status quo to drive better outcome.
  • Results-oriented, hands-on program execution, able to multi-task & work independently.
  • BONUS: Good knowledge of the Media Monitoring industry!
